Service Not Delivered
If we promised something and didn't deliver it within the agreed timeframe, you're entitled to a full refund. Simple as that.
Technical Issues
Platform problems on our end that prevent you from accessing what you paid for? We'll sort out a refund while we fix things.
Early Cancellation
Changed your mind within 14 days and haven't used the service extensively? We can work something out, usually a prorated amount.
Billing Errors
Charged twice or billed incorrectly? We'll refund the difference immediately once we verify the issue.
How the Process Actually Works
Submit Your Request

We Review Everything
Someone from our team (an actual person, not a bot) will look at your request within 2 business days. We check usage, timing, and whether your situation fits our policy guidelines.
Decision and Communication
You'll hear back within 5 business days with our decision. If approved, we'll explain the amount and processing timeline. If not, we'll tell you why and suggest alternatives.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Banks sometimes take extra time on their end, so allow up to 14 days total before getting concerned.
Common Situations Explained
Subscription Services
For monthly subscriptions, we can refund the current month if you cancel within the first week and haven't accessed premium features. After that, the refund is prorated based on remaining days, minus any resources you've already used.
One-Time Purchases
Educational materials, reports, or one-off consultations can be refunded within 14 days if there's a legitimate issue with the content or delivery. Once you've downloaded materials, partial refunds may apply.
Course Enrollments
Course refunds work differently. If you withdraw before the course starts, you get a full refund minus a small admin fee. Once the course begins, refunds decrease based on how many modules you've accessed.
Group Programs
Group coaching or workshops have limited spots. Cancellations more than 30 days before start date get full refunds. Between 14-30 days, you'll receive 50%. Less than 14 days, and we can't offer refunds since we've turned away others for your spot.
Payment Methods and Timing
Where your money goes back depends on how you paid originally. We can't split refunds across different methods or send them to different accounts than you used for payment.
Credit Cards
5-7 business days to appear on your statement. Check with your bank if it takes longer.
Debit Cards
7-10 business days typically. Sometimes faster, depending on your bank's processing speed.
PayPal
Usually shows within 3-5 business days in your PayPal balance once we process it.
Bank Transfers
Takes 7-14 business days. We need to verify account details before sending funds back.
Important Things Worth Knowing
Refunds don't cover third-party fees. If your bank charged you a conversion fee or processing fee, that's between you and them.
We keep records of refund requests. Multiple refund requests across different purchases might limit future refund eligibility, though we judge each case individually.
Promotional discounts affect refund amounts. If you bought something at 50% off, your refund reflects that discounted price, not the full amount.
Once we process a refund, you'll lose access to associated services or materials immediately. Download anything you need before requesting a refund.
